Subject Story Pictures and the Fraternal Order of Eagles are holding the “An Pagbangon nan Surigaonon Inter – High School Documentary Film Competition” to mark the 1st Anniversary of Typhoon Odette in the Province of Surigao del Norte.
“An Pagbangon nan Surigaonon Inter – High School Documentary Film Competition” is a holistic approach in molding our youth to be socially responsible, aware and critical thinking citizens, at the same time making optimal use of our technology and learning competencies in the classroom, all the while celebrating Surigao del Norte’s ‘pagbangon.’
